Final Random Inspection (FRI)

We verify the 100% packed goods at random for all the aspects like Style, Colour, Material, Appearance, Workmanship, Measurements, Packing, Marking, Labeling etc., against specifications and bring out the level of quality facilitating decision making by applying International standards

It avoids the risk of rejection by customers after shipment, which costs valuable time & money apart from loss of face & business of our Clients with their valuable customers. This check keeps our Clients relaxed and confident on the supply to their customers

Middle Inspection (MID)

Conducted when between 30% and 50% of goods have been produced, and performed on the site of production. Our MID inspection service assesses samples against regulations, standards and your contractual agreements, highlighting actual or potential defects, so that factory can address them immediately rather than deal with costly tests and changes to your products later in the production process

Inline Inspection

We randomly verify the products during various stages of production against specifications and bring out the level of quality in the production floor, enabling our Clients to plan further course of action. In-line checks avoid the risk of rejection in the final stages, which costs valuable time & money

Fabric Inspection

We verify the Fabric rolls at random for all the aspects like Design, Colour, Material, Appearance, Hand feel, Weaving / Knitting defects etc., against specifications and bring out the level of quality facilitating decision making, applying 4 POINT GRADING SYSTEM (or) 10 POINT GRADING SYSTEM
